Workshop Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the workshop receive a full refund minus a €10 administration fee.
  • Cancellations between 7 and 14 days receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule within 3 months.
  • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another participant free of charge.

Tip: If you have travel or health concerns, consider sending a friend in your place. Just drop us a quick note with their details.

Rescheduling Requests

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling subject to availability:

  • Requests submitted at least 7 days before the workshop can be rescheduled once without additional fees.
  • Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a €20 fee to cover preparation and materials.
  • Gift voucher bookings follow the same timelines but must remain within the voucher validity period.

Workshops Cancelled by Us

In rare circumstances (such as instructor illness or insufficient enrolment), we may need to postpone a workshop. If this happens, you can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • Priority booking on the next available date.
  • A credit note valid for 12 months, which can be used for any workshop.

Returns of Handcrafted Goods

We offer a curated selection of handcrafted goods made by our artisan community. If you purchase an item from our studio shop, the following applies:

  • You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Custom-made or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Please include proof of purchase and ensure items are securely packaged for postal returns.

Faulty items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. We issue refunds via the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, so please allow additional days for funds to appear in your account.
