General Questions

Do I need any prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary for most of our workshops. We design our classes to be accessible to complete beginners while still offering challenges for those with more experience. Our instructors are skilled at adapting to different skill levels within the same class.

What's included in the workshop price?

All workshop prices include expert instruction, all necessary materials and tools, use of protective equipment (where applicable), light refreshments, and your completed project to take home. Some specialized workshops may include a small materials kit to continue your practice at home.

How many people attend each workshop?

We keep our workshops intimate to ensure everyone receives personalized attention. Most classes are limited to 8 participants, though some specialized workshops (like woodcarving) may have a smaller capacity of 6 people. This small-group approach ensures you get the most from your experience.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a workshop?

You can book a workshop by contacting us through our website's contact form, by email, or by phone. Let us know which workshop you're interested in and your preferred dates. We'll check availability and guide you through the booking process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. For workshop bookings, we require a 50% deposit to secure your place, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the workshop date.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible:

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the workshop: full refund minus a €10 administration fee
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before the workshop: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop: no refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person

If we need to cancel a workshop for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Workshop Experience

What should I wear to a workshop?

We recommend comfortable, casual clothing that you don't mind getting a bit dirty or stained. For pottery and painting workshops, consider wearing an apron (we have some available) or clothes you don't mind getting clay or paint on. For woodworking workshops, avoid loose-fitting clothing and jewelry for safety reasons.

Will I be able to take home what I make?

Yes! Taking home your handcrafted piece is one of the most rewarding aspects of our workshops. For some workshops (like pottery), pieces may need to be fired in our kiln after the class. In these cases, we'll arrange for you to collect your finished pieces approximately 2 weeks later, or we can ship them to you for an additional fee.

Can I book a private workshop for a group?

Absolutely! We offer private workshops for special occasions, team-building events, birthday parties, and more. Private workshops can be customized to suit your group's interests and skill levels. Minimum group size is 6 people, and we offer discounted rates for groups of 10 or more. Contact us for more information and pricing.

Accessibility & Special Requirements

Is your venue accessible for people with mobility impairments?
